Hawthorne Hill Farm

We make a range of cane sugar-free jams, relish, chutney, spread, and pastes, made with top-quality Tassie fruit and Australian citrus. There are no added colours, flavours or preservatives. Everything is made by hand in small batches in the farm kitchen, here in beautiful Lebrina. Instead of cane sugar and it's associated health issues, we use pharmaceutical grade xylitol to create our products.
