- We bake, pack and ship your orders Tuesday to Thursday in 2-3 business days of receipt of order. Large volume orders and peak periods may take longer. Guest / Party Favour orders have a processing time of minimum 3 weeks.
- Flat Rate of $12 applies as shipping and handling charges to all items except the Favour Packs which have a $14 shipping/handling fees.
- We deliver our sweets Australia wide via Australia Post Express Delivery. The shipping time frame will be dependent on where in Australia you are located, currently any orders sent within metro Melbourne will take up to 2 business days, any other metro areas within Australia will take up to 3 business days. You can check estimated shipping time frames: Postage calculator & delivery times - Australia Post (auspost.com.au) Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email.
- We do not send out your orders with Australia Post on Fridays to avoid them sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.
- We do not and cannot guarantee delivery due to unforeseen postal delays which are beyond our control. Sometimes we may need to hold an order back due to a holiday, long weekend, or extreme weather. In which case we will notify you.
- You can mention a ‘preferred’ delivery date in the Special Notes section of the product shopping page.
- Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day, but we will make sure to send your gift in plenty of time to arrive on or before the date requested. However, there can be unforeseen postal delays which is out of Cocoa Oven’s control and we cannot be held responsible for delays once your goods have been shipped.
- With current delays due to Covid-19 we may ship your gift one or two days early in an effort to avoid delays with delivery.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and take great care to ensure your gift arrives to you looking great. Due to laws regarding perishable items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on baked goods. If, however, you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of the receipt date, let us know and we will make it right!
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We do not offer cancellations once an order is paced online. However, if you do have any changes to make or any reason to cancel, please get in touch with us via email email@example.com and we will do our best to accomodate or offer a store credit for future use.
